KENNETH HENRY GREER
Funeral of Kenneth Henry Greer highly-respected resident of Oxford Mills took place from his late residence to St. John's Anglican Church. Service was conducted by Rev. Tilley rector of the church, Rev Adams Winchester assisted in the service. Deceased suffered a stroke late January and died Wednesday last. He was born in Oxford Mills and was a son of the late John Greer and Sarah Jane McLean. He was a member of' the Loyal Orange Lodge which conducted a service. Surviving is his wife the former Annie Sharpe whom he married in 1937. ⁸

LATE HENRY GREER

Final tribute was paid a lifelong resident of Oxford Mills, Henry Greer, at his funeral held on Friday May 28, from his late residence to St. John's Anglican Church, Kemptville, where the service was conducted by Rev. W. E. Tilley, assisted by Rev. L. B. G. A!dams, of the Winchester Anglican Church. He was in his 71st year.

Mr. Greer died suddenly at his home on Wednesday morning, May 26th. He was born in Oxford Mills, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Greer . He was a member of the Anglican Church and the Orange Order under whose auspices the funeraL was held. He had acted in the capacity of mail carrier for sorne time.

Surviving are his wife, the former Annie E. Sharpe, of Winchester, and two sons by a former marriage, Harold and Henry, at home; 'two sisters, Mrs. Alice Jackson, of Boston, and
Mrs. Ethleen Fraser, of Ottawa.

The pallbearers, memhers of the Orange Order, were: Fred McIntyre, Hilton Suddaby, Edmund Richards, William Andrews, Jospeh Postlewaithe and Stanley Hyndman. ⁵
