The 1881 census shows some Mondoux in Lochaber East, Labelle County, Quebec.
The 1851 census shows some Mondoux in St. André-Avellin, Québec.
There is an Elizabeth Charbonneau who died in 1905 in Rockland who was born in St. Andre Avellin about 1843 - not her - church record shows she was widow of Octave Charbonneau with maiden name Loiseaux.
There is a Joseph Mondoux who died in Thunder Bay in 1920. He is listed as being born in Thurso in 1842. Parents could be Joseph Mondoux and Apolline Gougon who married in St-Hermas in 1839. - NO - 1852 Census shows she's not Joseph and Apolline's daughter.
In 1881 she is living in the same house as Marie Charbonneau and family. Could be the family of her brother in law Louis. 5
